The Way Together. A Symposium.

Sept 29th- Oct 2nd | Atlanta, GA

Things are never going to be the same in the church; we know the way we’ve been is not the way we’re going. The wise leaders are understanding: no more empires, no more CEO’s, no more business as usual. We have all been called during a time of change and reform. How do we join with the work of the Spirit, who is bringing the church into a new era?

  3. Place the relevant amount of registrations in your cart.

  4. Pay and complete checkout.

The meals are being catered, what if I have food restrictions?

On your registration form you will be able to indicate food restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Is there a reduced rate if I’m not staying the whole time?

No there isn’t. The rates have been negotiated for the gathering duration and the bulk numbers in attendance.

I would prefer a different accommodation option. Can I stay somewhere else and still attend?

Yes, you absolutely can. If you would like to stay somewhere else we can adjust your cost by $50 per person.

I really would like to come, but I can't afford the cost. Is there any type of help?

Yes, we don't want anyone to miss out because of money. Please connect with us here.

What will the programming be like?

This gathering has several purposes... it is not a typical conference. There will be carefully thought-through sessions with contributing voices and possibilities to contribute for everyone. There will be spaces for powerful worship, impartation and spaces to pray; spaces to strengthen relationships with other leaders, to share your stories, to have fun together and to be refreshed. There will be prophetic ministry, intercession and time for the Holy Spirit to move among us.

What’s the session schedule?

We will release the full schedule closer to the gathering time but generally the event will start Thursday afternoon and officially end Sunday afternoon.

Can you elaborate on what "summer camp-style accommodation" means?

More information about accommodation:

  • Couples and small families will have a cabin room with two bunk beds and a private bathroom.

  • Single men or women will be assigned to a bunkhouse (only bottom bunks) where there will be 4-6 people with one bathroom per 2 adults.

  • Large families will be assigned a bunkhouse.

  • Please bring a pack and play for kids 3 yrs and younger.

  • BYO linens and towels- think summer camp

  • Every bed is a twin size.

  • First to register will be the first assigned accommodation.

What else do I need to bring?

Other than linens, towels and pack and play, consider bringing snacks, refillable water bottle, bug spray, picnic blanket and any other relevant baby items.

Will any sessions be open to the public?

No

Can I invite a friend to the full event?

Possibly, but we would ask that you don’t forward the link to anyone. We are definitely open to others attending, but please email us first to see if there is still space.

I’m coming with a group; can we share a cabin space?

Sure, please indicate who else is in your group in the registration process.
