The Gathering
In the beginning, there was a way…
It's time to return to all that matters as The Body of Christ; to find the way back to Worship, Wholeness, Covenant, Ekklesia, and Love. We need to strip down all that glitters to get to the heart of God.
In March 2016 a word came from God to start a new kind of church, different then what we knew. In January 2017, Revive The Way officially began with a house church in NYC and a vision from God to be a reformative movement, seeing house churches across nations, worship removed of everything but ourselves, and seeing the body of Christ equipped and discipled. We saw then that The Church would need to change for all that was ahead, and have since launched house churches across 6 states, and moved our apostolic base to Atlanta, Georgia.
This year, God led us to a field. 75 acres. A former airport, the land was once the home of a church birthed out of a denomination tracing its roots to the Wesleyan Revival. Through dreams, visions, and confirmations over the last six years, God has opened a door to buy the field, full of hope and promise for the future. This year, we are gathering at the field, and we invite you - wherever you are - to join us.
We will gather for 4 days leading into Rosh Hashanah - September 1-4, The year to “Declare Home” (Pey, Bet in the Hebrew). We’ll pursue God with all we have. We will experience His glory, preach His Word, encounter His Spirit, and follow His Way back home.
Kids are welcome and we will have special activities and opportunities for full family involvement.
We’re starting with 24 hours of worship and will hear from powerful speakers with reformer hearts who are passionate for us to return to the five pillars we’ve wandered from as the Body of Christ: Worship, Wholeness, Covenant, Ekklesia, and Love.
We’ll be commissioning and mobilizing, sending you back out empowered and equipped to walk in authority, make disciples, seek justice, pursue righteousness, launch house churches and get ready for the new wine being poured out in this era. There will also be unique opportunities for long-term involvement/equipping that we will share more about at the event.
We’ll have food trucks and coffee on site, merchandise in an old airplane hanger, and best of all - we’re outside in God’s creation, the most beautiful ‘venue’ of all.
We’re believing for a fresh outpouring of His Spirit, freedom, healing, wholeness, repentance, deliverance, water baptisms, baptism in the spirit, passionate worship, and powerful encounters with our living God who brought us here for this very moment at such a time as this. He wants to encounter you. He wants to bring you back to Him; He wants to bring you home.
