A MOVEMENT TO BRING CHURCH BACK HOME. 

We are followers of Jesus that desire to return to a biblical expression of church. In order to find God’s way, sometimes we must fully let go of the ways we’ve known. We believe that there is a reformation stirring in the church and a return to the basic truths and realities of the way of Christ.

Revive is growing and expanding as a movement that equips believers and plants house churches.

Our model is simple.

Our Central Team leads, pastors, supports and equips City Leaders, who lead local leaders of ReviveHomes. This way each believer is discipled and equipped to live life in community, follow Jesus and reach their local neighborhood.

Our leaders are:

• bi-vocational (None of our city team receive salaries; only central team will have hired staff, who serve all locations.)

• multi-generational (21-50 yrs old)

• multi-ethnic (We have leaders from diverse economic and racial backgrounds: black, white, asian, hispanic, European, bi-racial)
  

  Meet Our Team

Our Central Team serves each city to cultivate growth and health. We do not run the day to day of each location; this is the role of local leadership, including city leaders and eventual elders. We also work to equip the entire church with teaching and equipping resources. We visit the churches periodically and develop the leadership movement-wide.

Training & Equipping

We launched our training program in June 2019 to train leaders in three stages:

Level 1: DNA of our Movement

Level 2: ReviveHome Leadership

Level 3: City Leadership

Our goal is to raise 200k, which breaks down to 68% of our Central budget for 2020. At least 32% of our budget comes from our own team’s giving and local church contribution.

As new ReviveHomes are planted our central expenses stay relatively the same, yet giving continues to grow. We could support at least 10x the ReviveHomes we have now without new central expenses. Within 2-3 years our churches will support the entire budget and be able to devote more city income to local needs and projects.
